First of three condo buildings planned for Walker/Ducharme sells out
The first of three buildings in a $100-million condo project at Walker Road and Ducharme Street is sold out and under construction.
“They’re getting bought up very quickly, we have a lot of demand for the units,” said Haider Habib of HD Development Group. When completed, the Trinity Gate Condominium project will have 226 units in the three six-storey buildings, with parking mostly in the middle of the property.
